Day #8 of Marathon Training!

A little weight workout to start the day ... check out the fast forward through my workout.

Followed up with a 25 minute run on the elliptical (level 4) followed by a 5 minutes cool down.

Going to change up my run and rest days a little this week because I’m running the 5k Turkey Trot on Thursday morning! For those of you in the LA area come out and join me and team Fit With A Purpose in helping raise funds and awareness for The Midnight Mission while also running off all of those calories you'll be eating on Turkey Day.
