Day #8 of Marathon Training!
A little weight workout to start the day ... check out the fast forward through my workout.
Followed up with a 25 minute run on the elliptical (level 4) followed by a 5 minutes cool down.
Going to change up my run and rest days a little this week because I’m running the 5k Turkey Trot on Thursday morning!
