Day 25

Back at it! Despite the very hectic week, it was nice to get in a little 45 minute run on the treadmill this morning. Ran 3.75 miles at about an 11'58" pace. Today's guided Nike run was "Another Thank You Run." I personally enjoy doing some of these different runs. Today's run was all about being thankful and grateful - its almost like a mediation run!
