10 for 30 Challenge

TIME...

It's something that we never seem to have enough of in our days and often becomes an excuse for not working out. Well, with this challenge all you need is 10 minutes! We can all find 10 minutes to spare in our day - right when you wake up, before you go to bed, or even on your lunch.

 

I've curated a collection of some of my favorite 10 minute workout and recovery videos from YouTube in a variety of genres and posted them to the links below. You can do these videos at home with minimal equipment - 2lb, 3lb, and/or 5lb weights and a yoga mat are pretty much all you'll need.

 

Each day for the 30 days, pick a 10 minute video and complete it. It's that simple! I encourage you to join the 10 for 30 discussion on our goal wall. Let's help inspire one another to stick to our goals.
