My Why: I decided to create this challenge because I started getting lazy. With the gyms still closed in Los Angeles due to the Covid 19 Pandemic, my usual weigh room routines are not possible. I've been finding it hard to get motivated to do many of the same body weigh exercises and routines that I've been doing since March. Working remotely from home, I've been finding it difficult to wake up early enough to get in a good 45-60 minute workout before I have to begin my work day, and in the afternoons it always seems like something comes up and another day goes by that I've missed a workout. With the United States National Pageant only a few months away, I need to get back on a routine and one that I know I can stick to! I want to look and feel my best on stage when I crown my successor. Here's to a successful 10 for 30!
