Day 15

For today's run I did 30 minutes on the Elliptical followed by a 5 minute cool down. My blisters are pretty close to being healed which is good news!

My average pace today was 13'12"

Completed 2.65 miles

I followed this up with 10 minutes of stretching. My hamstrings have been feeling pretty tight so wanted to really stretch those out. After that I headed off to the sauna for 10 minutes where I continued my stretching, focusing more on my neck and upper body. I've got a bit of a cold, so really wanted to make sure to take some extra time in the sauna.
