Day 13

Today's run was a 30 minute jog.

I was reminded today of the importance of wearing the proper socks when running. Today was the second time I've worn my new running shoes - needless to say things did not end well. I have two massive blisters on the arches of my feet! Needless to say I am now caring for my feet. Hopefully I will be able to get them to a point that tomorrow's run will be manageable.
