Day 3

20 minutes of jogging


So this is how I broke up today’s run. 4 minutes at a 12 mile and hour pace and 1 minute at a 15 mile an hour pace for 20 minutes. I followed that up with a 5 minute cool down.


After that I did another YouTube Stretching video (https://youtu.be/kKeBjBBUQyY) that was about 10 minutes followed by 8 minutes in the sauna.
