Up and at em early today for the Turkey Trot 5k! Today’s run benefits the Midnight Mission.
Founded in 1914, The Midnight Mission has been offering a path to self-sufficiency to men, women, and children experiencing homelessness since 1914! With the cold weather and pouring rain this morning here in Los Angeles, I’m reminded of how grateful I am to have heat and a roof over my head this Thanksgiving. There are nearly 60,000 people who are homeless living in LA - that is a staggering number!
