10 minute meditation

Today was a crazy busy day - swim lesson for my daughter, a bunch of errands, hitting some tennis balls and then spend the afternoon at the pool with the family … had to get in my last day of the 10 for 30 Challenge. Decided on a 10 minute meditation- unfortunately my video cut out for some reason so you don’t get the full 10 - but you get the point! Hope you enjoyed this 10 for 30!

Decided to have some fun with today’s workout since I have the day off work for Good Friday. Don’t mind my two left feet while doing this dance workout - you don’t have to be good to get your heart rate going and have some fun!

10 minute bedtime yoga

It was a long day today! I did play tennis earlier in the day so got in a really good 30 minutes running around the court in the warm sun, but wanted to make sure to get in by 10 minutes. After dinner, got the baby to bed, did the dishes and then it was time for mommy’s 10 minutes! Don’t let time be an excuse - you can always find 10 minutes for you each day!

I forgot I had the baby monitor on on my phone, so apologies for the sound quality - you can hear her white noise machine very loudly in this video, and the yoga instructor not so much.

My daughter will take a solid two hour nap at school 5 days a week but come weekends I’m lucky if she’ll take any nap!
